Refund Policy


At LUVERRE, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not arrive within the expected delivery time, we will gladly offer a refund or resend the product.


Refunds are available in the following situations:

- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

- The product does not arrive within 45 business days after shipping.

- You received the wrong item.


Refunds are not available in the following situations:

- You ordered the wrong product by mistake.

- You no longer want the item after it has been shipped.

- The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.


To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@luverrewear.com with your order number.

2. Include photos or video of the item showing the issue (if applicable).

3. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product (or within 45 business days of shipping, in case of non-delivery).


Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
